Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
CansOnly ships throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified delivery partners.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, CansOnly may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Any applicable minimum purchase requirements, eligible destinations, exclusions, and promotional terms will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Damaged Orders

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.
If your package appears to be delayed, please first use the tracking information provided.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
CansOnly is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
